Following our evaluation, we will compile our findings in an easy to read report, which will include detailed descriptions and recommendations as well as high resolution digital photos of any issues we discover. We will email your report to you within 24 hours and our job isn’t finished until your last question is answered!

All home inspections are priced based on the age, size, and location of the home. At CCI we will never charge you for something you don’t need, so Mold Testing and Wood Destroying Organisms will be included during the Standard Home Inspection and if further testing and inspection is required we will go over your options with you so that you can make the most informed decision for the best price!
