Our standard Home Inspection follows the Standards of Practice set forth by InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), and the state of Ohio Department of Real Estate.
We will inspect the structure, systems, and components of the home, inside and out. Using the latest tools and technology we will inspect your home from roof to foundation.

Following our evaluation, we will compile our findings in an easy to read report, which will include detailed descriptions and recommendations as well as high resolution digital photos of any issues we’ve discovered. We will email your report to you within 24 hours and our job isn’t finished until you understand everything in it!
All home inspections are priced based on the age, size, and location of the home. At CCI we will never charge you for something you don’t need, so Mold Testing and Wood Destroying Organisms will be included during the Standard Home Inspection and if further testing and inspection is required we will go over your options with you so that you can make the most informed decision for the best price!
Radon Testing
$150 when added to a standard home inspection
Although radon is a naturally occurring gas in our environment, it is the 2nd leading cause of lung cancer deaths in the United States. The U.S. Surgeon General and the Environmental Protection Agency recommend testing for radon in every home purchase because one out of every 15 homes has unsafe levels indoors. Radon testing can be done in as few as 48 hours* and along with a full report you will have peace of mind knowing that you have taken every step to protect your family.
*Radon testing requires closed home conditions for 12 hours prior to testing and must be completed by a state licensed Radon Professional. If elevated radon levels are detected further testing and investigation may be required.
Mold Testing
$150
Unchecked mold indoors can damage the structure of a home, cause wood rot, and ruin drywall. It can also cause health problems. We will investigate any signs of past or present water intrusion, which can promote mold growth, and we’ll take samples of any suspected mold for laboratory analysis.
